The society is in the process of moving to a trophy-less system. All awards 50 years or older are being retired. All awards that are full, or damaged are being retired. The society is not accepting any new awards in the form of cups or trophies. Moving forward we will be offering cash prizes of $150.00 with sashes. If you would like to sponsor one of these awards please let the society know.

All trophies, plates and shields must be returned to the Society clean with the silver shining. Please use Silvo, or similar on the silver areas of your award. All trophies, plates and shields must be professionally engraved by the competitor with the competitors name and the year they have won. All trophies, plates and shields must be returned either in person, or via CourierPost, Track & Trace. KEEP TRACKING NUMBERS! If returning by CourierPost, please ensure that the item is sent in a box with bubble wrap and packing to protect the award. If an award is damaged while it is in the possession of a competitor, it is up to the competitor to ensure it is professionally repaired. You must also let the Society know of the damage and repair.
